Developed iPhone and Android app that connects citizens, first responders and law enforcement directly to key intelligence centers throughout the United States. App has been adopted and promoted for use by several states including New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, Colorado and Louisiana. Treetop did the design and development of the app and related backend reporting and management systems.
